Healing and thriving have been my lifeās work ā not just in theory, but through lived experience.
Iāve walked through anxiety, depression, disordered eating, trauma, chronic pain, money struggles, restless nights, and self-worth battles. I know the terrain. I know the tools.
What Iāve learned: thereās no silver bullet. No golden ticket. True transformation comes through a multi-pronged, spiritually-rooted approach.
Flower remedies are one piece of the puzzle ā alongside meditation, hypnotherapy, embodiment, intuitive eating and movement, prayer, music, NLP, coursework, intuitive practice, and time in nature.
This isnāt about fixing. Itās about remembering who youāve always been: whole, worthy, and wired for joy.
I first learned the power of flower essences from one of my spiritual mentors ā a woman who shared stories of using them in corporate offices in the 1970s to heal workplace conflict and shift entire company cultures.
When I began working with flower essences myself, and saw the shifts they sparked in my clients, I knew this work was meant to be part of my practice.
Soon after, I started receiving intuitive messages ā just as I once did with Animal Guides ā from specific flowers. They began to reveal how they wanted to be blended, shared, and even named.
