What if I’m avoiding alcohol?
Soon, we will be adding alcohol-free versions preserved with organic vegetable glycerin. Flower essences have been used successfully by many persons who are alcohol sensitive or in recovery from alcoholism. By adding two drops of each essence to a glass of water, there will only be a negligible amount of alcohol in the water (less than one hundredth of one percent). They can also be applied topically in a several non-oral ways, including misting around the body, direct application to pulse points, mixed into lotions, or added in a bath.
Can I take more than one at once?
We recommend focusing on one remedy at a time. Sometimes 2-3 bottles in a row is what is required for persistent issues. Each remedy contains the essence of multiple essences, so it is best to just take one at a time.
Are there any harmful or side effects from flower essences? Can I overdose or have an allergic reaction?
Flower essences, similar to homeopathic remedies, consist of vibrational energy rather than substantial physical components. Unlike pharmaceutical drugs, flower essences do not directly impact the body's biochemistry and are considered non-toxic. Therefore, the concept of an overdose from flower essences does not exist.
However, it is important to note that discomforting experiences can occur when using flower essences. These essences have the potential to evoke unsettling emotions and may initially be met with resistance, leading to inner conflict. It's crucial to understand that this is not a negative side effect but an integral part of the therapeutic process, which can ultimately contribute to improved well-being and self-awareness.
Additionally, physical reactions such as fatigue, headaches, or temporary rashes can occur when using flower essences. These responses are the body's way of adapting to the emotional awakening facilitated by the essences and typically subside within a day or so. If an individual finds the emotional or physical response to be excessively intense, they can reduce the dosage frequency or explore alternative combinations of essences.
