FAQs

  • How do I choose the right remedy for me?

Choosing your essence is just as intuitive as creating them.

Start with the one that most clearly reflects your current emotional state — each product page lists the specific feelings and benefits it supports. Often, one will simply stand out, sparkle, or make you feel a little spark of “Yes, this.” That’s your sign.

Trust yourself. Your energy already knows.

  • What if I’m avoiding alcohol?

Soon, we’ll offer alcohol-free versions preserved with organic vegetable glycerin.

Even now, the amount of organic brandy per dose is negligible — just two drops in a glass of water contains less than one hundredth of one percent alcohol.

Prefer to skip ingestion altogether? Flower essences work beautifully when applied topically:

    ✨ Mist around the body

    ✨ Apply to pulse points

    ✨ Mix into lotions

✨ Add to your bath ritual

Energy meets you where you are.

  • Can I take more than one at once?

We recommend focusing on one remedy at a time for the clearest results. Each bottle is already a blend — thoughtfully crafted to address multiple layers of emotional support.

Sometimes, 2-3 bottles in succession are needed for deeper, more persistent patterns. Trust the process. Let each remedy work fully before moving to the next.

Energy moves best when it’s given space to integrate.

Are there any harmful or side effects from flower essences? Can I overdose or have an allergic reaction?

Unlike pharmaceuticals, flower essences do not interact with the body’s biochemistry. They work vibrationally, not chemically, and are considered non-toxic. There’s no such thing as an “overdose.”

That said, working with energy can stir things up. Old emotions may surface. You might feel waves of fatigue, headaches, or temporary skin sensitivity. This isn’t a “side effect” — it’s your system recalibrating. These experiences usually pass within a day or two.

If it feels too intense, simply reduce your dosage or pause. Trust your body. Trust your process.
